About Craig & Scott
Craig Hoffman is an EMMY award winning journalist who came to Louisville to work as an anchor and reporter for WAVE-TV (NBC). Hoffman previously served as the Director of Station Operations and on-air-talent for WBKI-TV, The CW Louisville. While there he created and hosted the popular Louisville LIVE This Morning Television Show. In late 2001, while at WAVE-TV (NBC), Hoffman approached Douglass with the idea of putting together a locally produced racing television show which talks about all levels of the sport. Shortly thereafter, Kentuckiana Motorsports came to life. In the past twenty years, some of the biggest stars of NASCAR, Monster Jam, Indy Car, ARCA, NHRA, and other sports and business industry professionals have appeared on KMS television shows, online reports, websites, and on social media. More recently, Hoffman served as on-air talent, as well as the Vice-President & General Manager for multiple Louisville area television channels and radio stations owned by AIRCOMMEDIA. Prior to Louisville, Hoffman worked at television stations in Charlotte (CBS) and New Bern (ABC), North Carolina, as well as Chattanooga, Tennessee (NBC). He has created and produced nearly a dozen television and radio programs. During his long broadcasting career, Hoffman has been a freelance journalist for NBC, CNN, the Thacker-Packer Report, and his work has appeared on NBC News, ABC News, VH-1, and NBC Dateline. In high school, he began his broadcasting career at WSIC Radio, a small hometown radio station outside of Charlotte, NC, in the heart of NASCAR Country.
Hoffman is now a freelance writer and producer, emcee, public speaker, and has served as a media and talent coach for corporations, government agencies, and schools. Craig can be reached by filling out the KMS Contact form or by email: kymotorsports@gmail.com
